make command does not work

I'm running on Lindows OS 4.5. I've tried to compile a driver for my tablet only to find that the "make" command does not work. In the terminal, it says
bash: command: make not found.

Can someone help me out? It would be much appreciated.

Linspire doesn't have a compiler originally. You have to do some BSing to get it on there.
