Mail Server on LAN

I am a real newcomer to administering Linux and more so to Mail Servers. We are planning to set up a mail server on our LAN ( for internal mailing only) for Outlook Express clients (SMTP) in an intra-net at workplace with Postfix on RH EL. Could anybody help in configuring it from scratch and administering it ( if possible, because its easier, isn't it ? ) with Web-min. We also want to use a domain name xxx.com (is it possible ?). What will be the configurations for clients and mail server ?

You can use a domain name for internal mail servers, just have to properly setup the DNS records on your DNS server in-house. Start with the doc's at www.postfix.org and if and when you run into trouble or don't understand something with a more direct question, ask away. But please don't make us rewrite existing howto's..
