Please tell me full steps of configuring mail server in CentOS 5.5.

Please refer to standard documentation and internet searches for such vague and generic questions.

You could always install Zimbra, it's a fully configured Collaboration Suite. Have a read of the Documentation to see if it meets your needs.

And get in the habit of using Google before asking such generic questions

Here are the steps:

1. Read documentation for your chosen mail server system and software
2. Use Google or other search engine to find common answers for common questions
3. Ask specific questions on forums and/or mailing lists for what is unclear
4. Install your system and mail server software
5. Do thorough testing, perhaps with a special test hostname in your domain
6. Deploy when ready.
