Mac Address 16 pairs of numbers ???
 

Hi everybody,

recently i've bought a new USB Wifi Adapter to use with Kaly in VMware workstation.

when i tape ifconfig in the terminal i have this as result :

wlan0 Link encap:UNSPEC HWaddr ??-??-??-??-??-??-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00

The six first pairs of ?? represents mi mac address i think, but what are the other 10 pairs of 0 ?

i don't think that i've done that. I don't really know what happends, but today i have normal mac address (just six pairs of numbers & letters) and everything is working just fine .

Funny thing is that i've done anything.
