LVM Partitions Automatically Unmount


Hi,
The LVM partitions in our server automatically unmount,but using mount command it shows the lvm partitions are mounted and we listout the content using "ls mount-point',it shows "the file or directory doesn't exist",every time we remount the LVM Partitions.only last 2 days we are facing this problem.,please help me to resolve problem.,

Note: The Partitions filesystem is XFS.
OS-CentOS release 4.4-Version-2.6.9-42.ELsmp

nothing to do with networking at all. moved to Linux - Newbie.

also nothing to do with LVM either by the look of it...
