Luks passphrase

I encrypted my hard disk with LUKS , the LVM which was my /home ,
During boot time ,it doesn't receive the password and asking again and again 3 times ..
I use RHEL5 Client.
Before asking for passphrase ,its giving an error as

Quote:
starting disc encryption , command failed :

Error opening device ;no such file or directory ;
What should I do to recover ???

LUKS

You may try logging by root. Try chng_passphrase.
It will popup a window to change passphrase.
Enter new passphrase and restart.
