Low FPS problem

Hi!
I'm using Ubuntu 12.04b2 on my pc.
I was using Windows 7 before and on it i had about 70 fps for example in minecraft. i didnt checked it in other games but they were running very fast..
Now in ubuntu i have about 20 fps in minecraft and i cant run other programs (eg flash, vlc) because my fps gets reduced for about 10 fps...
What can i do to make the card run as good on linux as on windows? or how to solve this problem?

PC details:
AMD PhenomII x4 850 3.2Ghz CPU
4GB RAM 1333Mhz
Integrated video card 1GB (in additional drivers it says that the driver is ATI/AMD FGLRX graphical driver)

I assume you have already tried looking for / updating the drivers for the integrated video card? Are there any? I have the same problem with the i5 2300 integrated video being rather slow.

Yes, i installed the driver as i mentioned above..
I also have a post-release update for it, but everytime i try to install it, it gives me an error saying that something went wrong with Jockey and to check /var/log/jockey.log
I uploaded log to: http://pastebin.com/F7WmXqA8
