Lost update downloads icon.

Sometime ago I accidentally deleted my top panel. I have restored it and populated it with most of what I want. But cannot find the icon for downloading updates (downwards pointing arrow). Can you help?

icon/downloads/updates

Perhaps just do it manually, i.e., system>admin>update manager which will check for updates, click on 'check' in Ubuntu, then the icon may reappear when needed but will not alter the availability of the service manually.

Thanks Fred.

Thanks Fred. Shows how new I am. I didn't even know how to do it manually.
