Arrow Lost part of my Panel

Well this is not that big of a problem but it is a bit anoying, I have been messing around changing most of the hardware on my linux box upgrading and such and I ended up crashing gnome a couple of times, well I have all the hardware running well now but now my panel for gnome is missing the desktop switcher so now I don't have 4 desktops now, how do you put that back in the panel? Teach me for messing with things won't it However I guess that is what I do best

I used to lose mine all the time when I cut the power to get out of jams. Right click on a blank spot on your panel. Select add applet, select utility, select desk guide. If you don't mess with linux, you don't learn linux.

Oh thank you so much, I knew it had to be something simple like that but I just didn't quite know what direction it may be, and as for messing with linux, I think I might me the king of it, I am not good at not touching something because I might break it, of course that means that I do break it and quite a bit, but hey thats half the fun.
