Looking for software designed to teach linux.

I've got the Red Hat course for RHCE several months ago and they had a nice way to teach things.
The teacher deployed the OS to the class and then he had several scripts to prepare and check the exercices.

I'm looking for some open source stuff like that. Also, I'm planing to improve it to learn some more stuff.

Does anyone know about this kind of software?
