Looking for /etc/x11/xkb, Fedora 9

Hi.
I'm running Fedora 9, and trying to install Colemak, but I have no /etc/x11/xkb directory. Changing the keyboard layout in Gnome doesn't seem to change my xorg.conf. Please help!
