Logitech CE0682 Hub not Charging MX900 Mouse

I'm having no other issues with keyboard or Mediapad or Mouse. Just that in Mint Qiana I cannot get the bluetooth adapter to turn on. I've gotten BlueZ & Blueman from the repositories, but still no success. I've run lusb & lspci in terminal w/following results. I've currently been charging the batteries in an external charger. I remember it charging fine under Ubuntu 14.04. Appreciate the help anyone may provide in advance, TY ~Gary
