Logging in to Vector Linux (The live CD)

I have a live CD for vector Linux, which I just burned yesterday. It boots fine, and its really fast. However, there is one problem. When it comes to the login screen, it asks for your password and user name. I have no idea what it may be, so I just shut down the computer, since I couldn't do anything with the distro. Could someone tell me what to do at that point? Is there a specific user name for live CD's? Just tell me what I have to do.
THANKS!

From the Vector Linux Wiki:
Quote:
The CD Rom or DVD you burned should now be in your optical drive. Boot the Live CD from your optical drive. To set your optical drive to your first boot device navigate into set-up (Bios) of your computer. Choose the optical drive as first boot device, . RE-start your computer and that is it follow the instructions on your screen.

I am not sure about Vector but most of them you can enter two ways

Username (user) Password (user)

Username (root) Password (root)

If you are using as a live cd do not worry none of the words will be set. It should tell you in small print on the log in screen.

If you look really fast when the CD boots you will see the username/password - If I'm not mistaken it is 'vector' but I'm not sure. This whole password crap is stupid if you ask me and serves no purpose other than to turn off potential linux users. It's too easy to actually put it on the login screen where everyone can see it - Mepis used to be this way and finally changed after numerous complaints.
