locked computer: Dell optiplex 320
Hi, we are a gift shop in Orange Beach, Al using Quick Book POS. For weeks now when we are in POS and attempt to use the dashboard it locks the system up and we have to shut down and reboot which is a big problem when we are busy. we have had the service people out 3 times and they continue to say "its fixed". I think we have a soft ware problem but we have had problems with the dell 320-----which was sold to us by the service co. when the other system crashed. we are not sophisticated computer folks----just small business owner. Any help appreciated.
