Location and name of email configuration file

To whom it may concern:

I'm using Redhat Linux Enterprise 5 and need to know where my email configuration file is located. My problem is that my server allows me to send email to anyone on my local network but not out to the internet.

So if I type at the prompt: send george@gamail.com it fails. If I send to an internal address, the mail is received.

I figure it must be either my firewall, which my administrator says is not the problem or a configuration problem.

Thanks

If you've paid for RHEL then you can contact Redhat support for help with your problem. I understand that RHEL5 is rather dated. The current release is RHEL7. If you stick with RHEL you'll probably want to update your copy.
