Locate Not Downloading

I think I have an attachment of the error I am getting. I am trying to use "locate command" but it is not installed. I took a screenshot and uploaded it...any help would greatly be appreciated as I can't use the command. I am using OpenSuse, terminal is BASH Shell.

Hi there,

It looks like openSUSE is trying to use your CD install media as a repository. I think in SUSE somewhere you can tell it NOT to use you CD install media as a repository - or simply insert your install CD in the drive and it should work. Good luck.
