Local server problem

Hi all,
I'm installad apache on my own pc. But there is a problem. I was start it. But I saw problem. Here is the problem :

Starting web server apache2
apache2: Could not reliably datermine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open lcgs

Then i start Mongrel server. It runs. After that I wanna show my result of my application. But it have a problem. Somebody help me ? And any idea ?

And you're unfortunately not telling us very much about
the environment we're dealing with here.

What distribution are you using?

Is there another instance of Apache already running?

And what's mongrel (a cross-bred dog aside)?
