list of linux supported devices


hey guys, i am almost there to start building my new pc and i was looking for a list listing all supported devices for linux. and meaning everything, from motherboards to soundcars to externals tv devices.

is there something newly written?

thanks a lot guys

We have a hardware compatability list here. Scroll to the top and click on "HCL".

The HCL section as mentioned and then look for the devices you want to use and use the search tool and on google to see what has been done.

You're welcome. If you don't find your HW in our HCL, do definitely Google around. There are quite a few hcl's floating around out there and none of them are 100% complete.
