Why did you choose a distro like that :-)

was testing out different linux os's and stubled acrossed it and figured i'd try that also like i said i'm new do not know any better :) so in my quest for finding a easy to use distro that will run on any machine i thought i give it a try

if you are really new to "Linux" check out one of those "user-freindly" linux distros like mandriva. Even though I hate it(bloated and rpms suck) you you find it easy to use.

The distro appears to be Russian, so I would guess that there is no English site. Babelfish does a pretty good job of it - http://world.altavista.com/

I googled for ""Linux XP" English" and one of the first few hits was linux-xp.com, which says, "We got many requests for English version of Linux XP Desktop and for English version of website. Both will be done soon.". It also says, "English web site will be opened simultaneously with launching new Linux XP Desktop 2006 Service Release 1", though no dates are given.
