Linux + Windows Install

I have been using VMware but it just isnt cutting it. I am going to have to make a small installation of windows to run some apps for school. Is there a way that I can install windows 2000 after I installed Linux and not have it overwrite LILO? If there is no way around this then what is the best way to immediatly restore lilo as the boot loader for both OS's?

So far I have seen that windows is just absolutely desperate to be on the first MBR, I know that's a pain...

Well the Debian CD has a nice utility for restoring that on the CD. I just didnt feel like downloading and burning the ISO again. Oh well.
