Do you have a Linux boot floppy or a bootable installation cd?

If you boot from the Redhat CDs, you should be able to get Grub back onto your system. Windows has an annoying habit of assuming you'll only ever use Windows, so it blasts the Linux bootloaders when you reinstall it. I believe (though I may be wrong) that Anaconda will detect this and let you put it back.
