Linux Virtual Machine remote access issues.

Hi there,

I have set up remote access from windows to a Linux Virtual machine.
It worked well but Im having problems using it.

We have 3 PC's in the office, local in the UK, which all can successfully log in to the our newly setup virtual machine which runs on Linux (Using Mac and windows) once logged in we can all see what each other is working on, it acts like a TeamViewer session.

Now, two of our colleagues in Jamaica tried logging in and it caused for our ubuntu (Virtual machine) to act as if it's using 2 monitors,

When every one is logged in at once, The Uk team sees everything everyone on the Uk team is doing as if we are all on one PC using multiple mouses
and the Jamaican team sees everything everyone on the Jamaican team is doing, there again, as if they are all on one PC using multiple mouses.

But, the Jamaican colleagues don't see what we see and when they or us open anything then it opens on each others views (Remote desktop)

I have tried looking through the setting but can't seem to find a solutions.

Please help!

Thanks in advance.
Yanky Fischer.

You haven't told us what remote access software you're using, how you have it configured, how you're connecting to it, how your colleagues in Jamaica are connecting to it, how your network is set up, what version of Linux you're using, etc. You mentioned TeamViewer, TeamViewer is available for Linux, have you tried that?
