Video tutorials for what specifically? Though I would think YouTube would be a good place to start, regardless of the content.

Start with the video tools that you already have, and read their documentation. The most common video tools on Linux are ffmpeg, mencoder and mplayer. Check out their websites and documentation.

google videos also have some linux video tutorials.
