Linux Tutorials ( CD_ROM Video) please help "NEWBIE"

I would like to know what is a good all round training tutorial without doing my money!!!

I am looking for CD_ROMs video tutorials on Linux (RedHat, Enterprise, Fedora) something along the below topics.

*setup a web server - (Apache, make it run like an ISP)
*security and hacking- (root kits etc)
*reading which log files (Which ones, knowing what to look for)

the about would be a great start!

Per the forum rules
Please do not post the same topic to multiple forums.
Please pick the most appropriate forum to post your question.

Sorry, I didn't realize c_c directed the other thread to this one. I'll move it to the Newbie forum where it's most appropriate and allow the thread to continue.

Next time please pick the most appropriate forum to start a thread so we can avoid these entanglements
