Is there any linux tutorial available for newbee???

if yes, please give me a good tutorial page...

There are tutorials at the inux documentation project. You can download them eg in pdf format.

I am currently using Linspire (a.k.a Lindows).

There is a bit of introduction at http://www.linux.org/lessons/index.html - it suggests that you are not stupid, but just do not know about the topic yet. I liked it. Still, it's mostly a primer.
