linux tally problem

hi,
i have recently setup one windows2003 server and one linux fedora10 server at my place.
i have installed tally9 on my windows server and placed the tally data on linux server.
i am able to access all the data via map network drive in windows and used samba on linux.
the only problem i am facing is that, only 1 or 2 pages print comes correctly and after that it gives blank page or sometimes it gives some missing data in print.
after that i log off and log in and it prints 1 or 2 prints again, and then blank or missing data again.

what could be the possible cause.

thanks in advance.
