This is the bootloader prompt. If you have read something about grub from here you can issue bash like commands to control your booting options.

Do you mean you installed WUBI?
The way I see it you need to configure your Grub bootloader /boot/grub/menu.lst. You only need to read a little about Grub and you'd be able to fix it. Here is a grub tutorial online give time to read. It only needs little time.
