Linux sound guide
 

hi all,
ineed any resource/guide to know more about the linux sound system and
to be aware of how it really works..
for ex. idont know exactly whats the difference between Alsa, OSS,
Gstreamer...etc?!

any help would really be appreciated..

i already checked those guides b4 posting but they didnt even mention something about Alsa , OSS..etc , ijust need a real simple guide telling whats Alsa, OSS, Gstreamer & what they really do
in the linux sound world..
