linux server system cannot resolve name, but windows system no problem?
 

Hi, i have a windows system, linux system and more in my network. There have a DNS server.

1. I have configure new windows system on my network, after finish configure network setting, i can ping other system host name on this windows system, also can ping this system host name from other system.

2. I have configure new linux server system on my network, after finish configure network setting, i can ping other system host name on this linux system, but cannot ping this system host name from other system.

3. But i have one linux server system on my network, this system can ping other system host name, also can ping this sytem host name from other system. I already follow this server network setting to configure new linux server, but still cannot? or maybe need to configure some thing on DNS server?
