Linux running windows within it?


wut type of program is needed to have linux boot up and run windows within it?...is it recommended to do this or no?..

would that be the best program to use?...or would a windows type emulator work better with linux...

vmware is the best option. it costs a fair bit though. the wine project is getting better but very slowly and i'd still never use it. search on the net for more info about these.

ok...thnx...i guess dual booting would be the best =) Is it hard to dual boot linux and win2k?

No it's not and reading your post in linux-general where you are looking for advice in such situation I'd install linux on its own drive.
Search these forums to find the answer for ow to set up a dual boot system it was address here every week or so.
