Linux redhat 6.7 taking 10 mins to start

Hello,
I am experiencing a weird behaviour when I start/stop my linux machine. While booting when it comes to " starting so and so application" particularly when it says "Starting ibm-lotus-notes" it hangs for some 5-7 minutes and then starts.

My Linux OS is taking approximately:
To stop - 5 mins
To start - 10 mins

I am not able to paste the complete output of dmesg here.

You don't need to post the COMPLETE output of dmesg, because it's probably not needed. You say you're using RHEL 6.7, and mention lotus-notes. BOTH of these are commercial, pay-for products. Have you contacted RHEL and/or IBM support? If it's trying to start a particular application, then the obvious thing to try would be to remove that program from starting automatically, then reboot your system. If it then DOESN'T take 10 minutes to start...you know which app is causing it, and can troubleshoot it.
