Linux programs...

I'm sure I'll have plenty more questions of a similar manner, just wondering of linux programs similar to windows programs... right now I'm wondering if there's a Dreamweaver-esque program out there?

Erm, having never used Dreamweaver, I don't know how smart it really is, but both quanta and bluefish are straight forward (though not wysiwyg).
