Welcome to LQ!!

What is the networking configuration? eg cable modem, dsl modem---and do you have a router or wireless?

Hi. Sorry for the delay. Am trying to run it through a Netgear wireless router. It has worked previously but only for an hour. It finds the signal, the IP address etc and links wirelessly but almost immediately comes up with the message that the link is down. Have deleted and started again and it just does the same thing. Works fine when I link it to the router via LAN.

This does not sound like a problem with your ISP (Sky).

How about the signal strength for the wireless? Have you tried moving closer to your router and/or moving the router antenna?
