Talking linux practic Fedora


I am currently taking a linux class using Fedora and would like to know how is it possible to practice linux, since I currently have to log into
the schools linux server to practice, is there a service or provider were I can still practice after my class has ended.

Why don'z you just install a copy on your computer or use a virtual machine like Virtualbox?

I don't know if such thing exists, but you may consider installing linux in a virtual machine.
You have to download virtualbox from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
and install it. Then, you will install fedora inside this virualbox.
It won't affect your running host.

just install the current version of fedora
Fedora 17
( ONLY fedora 16 and 17 are supported and support for 16 will end very soon )
