Linux outbound dialer?

Bonjour,
Okay Im not french, but it is such a pretty language.
Anyway Im wondering what Linux software is available to do outbound dialing. Similar to phone telemarketing (don't worry we're not an annoying company that is going to call you during dinner). Right now we have win98 using Sundial software. I want to migrate our entire office from windows to Linux and this is our biggest concern. The software needs to dial and be able to record messages.
I want a microsoft free environment!!
Thanks for your time,
