linux os sonicwall

dear sir,

we have one machine call cdp sonicwall backup machine, there r no floppy,cdrom,dvdrom, the os is built in integrated, there is raid 6, there r all kinds of agents it take live backup

i cant delete this manually , can someone explore what possible commands options we can try to delete this

SNWLCLI> support_tool --remove-agent HACJED2
Success...Agent: HACJED2 was found with an ownerid of: 225

Spell out your words. That text-speak garbage is against LQ rules. Write clearly. And there are not just "sirs" on this site.

Don't know what you're trying to do, since you mention it's RAID6, "all kinds of agents", and "it take live backup". What are you trying to accomplish? The Sonicwall device is a vendor-supported, commercial device...if you're having problems with it, call Sonicwall support.
