Hello I guys I want to Learn Linux Server like DNS, DHCP,NIS,NFS........etc. Can anyone tell me the step by step notes or any books are available.....

try Michael Jangs RHCSA / RHCE study guide, that's a great start IF you want a book. In general though, I would suggest just reading online documentation, howto's at tldp.org are very useful for a start, as well as reference material provided with the software you are using.
