linux monitor
I need to know how to change resolution on the screen and monitor
|
Considering I'm not sure about your system ,Try going to control center, appearance and adjust accordingly
|
Or maybe System > Preferences > Monitor
|
Yeah for sure you have to change your screen resolution, at least for the letters to be smaller!
(sorry, the anti-linux thread make me feel so bad) |
Are you sure you need to change the screen resolution? Might it be that a pair of stronger spectacles might be a better bet? :D :D :D
Play bonny! :hattip: |
Boswell2,
What distro are you using? And what version? What video card do you have? If it is ati or nvidia, have you installed the proper drivers? If using: System > Preferences > Monitor (or similar) does not have the resolution that you want, you can try using xrandr to add undetected resolutions: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Config/Resolution Write back if you need more help. Provide as much info as you can. This will better enable others to help you. And welcome to the LQ forums! |
