Linux mint 17.1 has lost views of updates in update manager.

I ran a usual update and when completed and restarted, I now have no views of upcoming updates. Please help.

Thanking you in advance,

Bruce

If the updates have been installed and no new updates are pending, there will be nothing to see in the Update Manager.

You could run sudo apt-get update from the command line. If it shows that updates are pending and Update Manager does not, there may be an issue with Update Manager. If that happens, post a follow-up.
