linux mint 11 gnome, lxde, kde problems

i have installed Ubuntu 11.04 and i have trouble with its network manager, Bluetooth mobile connection also cause trouble for me. at first it connects successfully but after disconnecting it is not able to connect second time. this problem also occurs in mobile broadband connection.

Compiz desktop effects also disturbing in classic Ubuntu session. compiz is only working clearly in unity mode only. in classic desktop session it stuck so much. and uses more battery power.

Is there any solution to this problem?
I want to improve Bluetooth mobile broadband connection.

and there is no choice in Linux to use best download manager like idm in windows. multiget is only option for multi-threaded download manager but is not satisfiable.
