Question Linux ISP

[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
What ISPs out there have both Linux and Windows software? I want to be able to log on in Linux and other people in the house need Windows.

You don't need software. All you need is a phone number, username and password and you can connect to any ISP in the US. Maybe not Juno, Netzero or AOl, but they suck any how.

If your on *dsl I would suggest using RP-PPPOE.
You will need DNS server #1 (and #2 if any). User
name and password. But it's only good for DSL
since it used pppd.

Actually Netzero and Juno are about to come out with a Linux client.

But all you need is an ISP that uses a standard, like PPP. I suggest going with a local ISP, as you get better service.
