linux grub boot loader failure

I had multi OS with grub boot loader (PCQlinux FC3, then win2k3, win2k). Now I had installed 2nd hard disk and installed windows 7.0. Now I am unable to retrieve grub bootloader. hda1,2,3 is primary hard disk (windows 7.0)
hdb1,2,3,4,5,6,7 is secondary disk (grub boot loader disk)
hdb3,hdb4 is linux partitions (ext3, swap)

Pls help me out

The windows installation has overwritten the MBR. To rewrite the MBR with your Linux bootloader, boot from your Linux installation disk. There should be an option in the menu to boot from disk (instead of install).

Once booted into Linux, as root, run grub-install to rewrite grub to the MBR. Then run update-grub to discover the windows installation and write a new grub.cfg which will show windows in the boot menu on power up.
