Hi everybody!, I'm new in linux, I don't Know if you could give me some web references, books, etc,... about basic linux (linux for dummis) to get started with this.

Google is your best friend. Just type what you want to search and it will give you everything you need. Most of the information is avaiable throughout a big range of sites. Also you can use help forums like these one, or at stackexchange.

Just check here for guides from The Linux Documentation Project

I second the recommendations that have been made above. Also, About dot com has a pretty good site oriented to new and intermediate Linux users.

Anything but those dummyz bookz.
All they do is show you a cartoon, a joke, a story, two lines of code and tell you what a great job you didn't actually do.
O Reilly books are the way to go.
Google too. I would google first.
