Linux File System & Tree Structure


I want to know about the Linux File System & it's tree structure theoretically & graphically. Please help me out.

Theoretically, the Unix file system is a methodology for logically organizing and storing large quantities of data. The file system is essentially composed of files and directories. Directories are special files that may contain other files.

For graphical/hierarchical representation, check attached image.
