Linux Fedora Core1, User process command?


Ok, i'm looking for a comamnd, i know its gotta exist, or maybe a script or something to control a Users process limit, but only the specific user... Like say i want Bob to have a limit of 3 BG processes and george to have a limit of 5? I know about ulimit, but that wont do a specific user


help please?
