Linux domain controller???


Is there such thing is a domain controller for linux, can aa group of linux machines be grouped like this so that if I change my password while logged onto one machine it will change everywhere?

Samba (the linux implementation of windows CFIS) can act as a domain controler for a windows network. However nothing is called "domain controller" yet in the *nix world. You can use NIS to easily acheive centralized accounts management . There is also Kerberos...
