Any other linux offering online customization? Slax or others?

sorry but what are looking to customise?

slax is a derivative from slackware 'sort of' the same ubuntu is derived from debian.

could you please clarify your request?

You can use the SUSE studio for that. Slax is dormant currently, but there is a successor named Porteus.

I have two favorite customization spins I would call them, they aren't distro's just prebuilt installs CTKArch and Archbang both of which are based off of Arch linux , which is a little hard to learn and use, but very cool!!

The OP is looking for distributions that offer customization via a web browser, like Slax, Porteus or Suse Studio do.
