linux clean install


how to do a clean install onto a newly formatted drive

Download the iso, burn it to CD, boot from the CD, and follow the instructions.

I suggest you google it. There's a lot of guides available. Look for them.

Depending on you distro the installer will partition for you also you can choose manual partitioning during install.
