linux cinnamon wubi?
 

I would like to know if I can download linux cinnamon in wubi form for an easy install?

As I understand it, they do not have a separate wubi type file for installing inside windows. It is possible to install Linux Mint within windows though. The utility that makes this possible is called mint4win.

Before trying what is in the blog, I would also recommend looking at the release notes for the specific version you are about to install. Hope this is of some help.
