Linux can read NTFS partitions...how?


Ive read in a post that linux can in fact read ntfs partitions. Im clueless as to how this works. Suggestions?

I just mount it in /dev/windows and there it is Slackware 9.1 gotta love it

its also part of the kernel (but its not selected by default, so you'll have to enable it when configuring your kernel). build it in as a module, load the module when you need to work on your win32 partition, and unload module after your done. simple.
